PFX series irradiation crosslinking LSZH flame retardant polyolefin:

Angreen PFX series radiation crosslinking LSZH flame retardant polyolefin is a flame retardant material added with hydroxide and synergist. It meets the requirements of LSZH, its mechanical properties meet the requirements of high-temperature electronic wire standards for XLPE, and the flame retardant meets UL1581 FT-2, VW-1, with temperature resistance of 105 ℃, 125 ℃ and 150 ℃. The product meets RoHS 2.0, REACH, HF, PAHs, 16p free, PFOS & PFOA. It is mainly used for high temperature resistant electronic wires.

Processing guideline:
1. Pre-drying: 80-90 ℃/2hrs
2. Extrusion temperature 140 ~ 160 ℃, Die orifice temperature 140 ~ 160 ℃, Filter screen: 100 mesh
