PFE series halogen-free flame retardant TPE:

Angreen PFE series halogen-free flame retardant is a halogen-free environmental protection material with phosphorus and nitrogen as flame retardant elements. Its mechanical properties meet the requirements of TPE wire in UL standard. The flame retardant meet UL1581-VW-1, UL94-V0/V1/V2, CSA FT-2, FT-1. The product meets RoHS 2.0, REACH, HF, PAHs, 16p free, PFOS & PFOA. It is mainly used for cable insulation, jacket and plug. In addition, the product has easy extrusion, smooth surface, no whiting & separation.

Processing guideline:
1. Pre-drying: 80-90 ℃/2 ~ 4hrs
2. Injection temperature 160 ~ 195 ℃, Injection pressure 40 ~ 70Mpa
3. Extrusion temperature 170 ~ 190 ℃, Die orifice temperature 160 ~ 200 ℃, Filter screen: 100 ~ 200 mesh

PHE series halogen-free / non flame retardant TPE:

Angreen PHE series halogen-free flame retardant  is a kind of polymer elastomer material with SEBS as the main material. This product is soft, light weight, good elasticity, with silicone feeling, scratch resistance and no smell. The product meets RoHS 2.0, REACH, HF, PAHs, 16p free, PFOS & PFOA. It is mainly used for cable insulation, jacket, plug and special for earphone wire.

Processing guideline:
1. Pre-drying: 80-90 ℃/2 ~ 4hrs
2. Injection temperature 160 ~ 180 ℃, Injection pressure 40 ~ 70Mpa

3. Extrusion temperature 160 ~ 200 ℃, Die orifice temperature 160 ~ 200 ℃, Filter screen: 100 ~ 200 mesh
