Angreen PFM series halogen-free flame retardant MPPE is a halogen-free environment-friendly flame retardant polyphenylene oxide elastomer material with phosphorus and nitrogen as the flame retardant elements. It has excellent flame resistance, weather resistance and halogen-free. The product meets RoHS 2.0, REACH, HF, PAHs, 16p free, PFOS & PFOA.

It is widely used in wire and cable which meet UL1581 VW-1, such as halogen-free electronic communication cable, halogen-free UL 105℃ high-temperature electronic wire, etc.

Processing guideline:
1. Pre-drying: 90 ℃/2 ~ 3hrs
2. Injection temperature 180 ~ 200 ℃, Injection pressure 40 ~ 70Mpa
3. Extrusion temperature 180 ~ 200 ℃, Filter screen: 100 mesh
