PFU series halogen-free flame retardant TPU:
Angreen PFU series halogen-free flame retardant TPU is a kind of halogen-free environmental protection material with phosphorus and nitrogen as flame retardant elements. Its mechanical properties meet the requirements of UL1581 standard, and the flame retardant meet UL1581-VW-1, UL94-V0/V1/V2, CSA FT-2, FT-1. The product is soft, light weight, good elasticity, good handle, smooth surface, wear-resistant surface, its surface include nubuck, matte and standard. The product include silicon containing and non silicon. It has excellent hydrolysis resistance and aging performance. It can pass 80 ℃ hydrolysis resistance test and 85 ℃ / 85%RH test without cracking. The product meets RoHS 2.0, REACH, HF, PAHs, 16p free, PFOS & PFOA. It is mainly used for cable jacket and plug. In addition, the product has easy extrusion and molding, no particles.
Processing guideline:
1. Pre-drying: 110 ℃/3 ~ 4hrs
2. Injection temperature 160 ~ 180 ℃, Injection pressure 40 ~ 70Mpa
3. Extrusion temperature 160 ~ 180 ℃, Die orifice temperature 150 ~ 180 ℃, Filter screen: 100 ~ 200 mesh

Angreen PHU series / non flame retardant TPU is a kind of polymer elastomer with TPU as the main material. The product is soft, light weight, good elasticity, good handle, smooth surface, wear-resistant surface, its surface include nubuck, matte, standard and highlight. The product include silicon containing and non silicon. The product meets RoHS 2.0, REACH, HF, PAHs, 16p free, PFOS & PFOA. It is mainly used for cable jacket and plug. In addition, the product has easy extrusion and molding, no particles. It is also good use for high elastic and medical cable.

2. Injection temperature 180 ~ 210 ℃, Injection pressure 40 ~ 70Mpa
3. Extrusion temperature 170 ~ 200 ℃, Die orifice temperature 160 ~ 200 ℃, Filter screen: 100 ~ 200 mesh
